If you had asked me in 2008 if I’d one day open an online boutique to inspire women, support moms, and build a community rooted in faith and friendship—I would’ve laughed it off. I never imagined I’d have the courage.

But God had bigger plans. After marrying my high school sweetheart and welcoming our beautiful baby girl, everything changed. Charlie Jo has been the greatest blessing and one of my biggest inspirations—she’s bold, bubbly, and teaches me daily that connection matters. Watching her walk through life with such joy and openness has helped pull me out of my shell and reminded me that there’s beauty in community, in kindness, and in just showing up for each other.

La Lou Boutique was born from a place of love—love for fashion, for women, for gifting, for family, and above all, for God. I believe style can be an expression of joy and confidence. Complimenting a stranger’s outfit, gifting a cute piece to a friend, or dressing up just because—it’s all a little way of spreading light.

I’m an introvert at heart, but I’ve learned that friendships rooted in faith and honesty are life-giving. If you’re a mama like me, or just someone trying to juggle life with grace and grit, know this space was created for YOU. You’re not alone. We’re in this together, and I pray that every piece from La Lou makes you feel as beautiful on the outside as you are within.

My husband has been my rock—cheering me on, reminding me to dream big, and constantly fueling my gifting obsession (he knows gifts are totally my love language 😅). He’s been such a light on this journey and I know none of this would be possible without the grace of God and the people He’s placed around me.

So here’s my heart: I want La Lou to be more than clothes. I want it to be a place where faith meets fashion, where friendships grow, and where every woman feels seen, supported, and stylish. Life’s hard—but dressing cute and loving big doesn’t have to be.
